We’re hugely proud to have a dedicated and highly experienced workforce of Support Workers and Homecare staff. Our innovative recruitment process is Values Driven so we ensure that kindness, purpose and motivation are in the DNA of our staff. They’ll also be extremely experienced, have on-going training and be constantly looking for ways to improve our service. Most of all, they all passionately care about using their skills to make lives better.
The Homecare team deliver high-quality mental and physical care to people living in their own homes. The levels of service depends on the needs of the person but cover a broad range, from support with domestic and personal needs to administration of medicines and general health care.
Response Homecare is a vital service. With our in-home support people recover more quickly, have less need for in-patient care and feel less isolated. When people are experiencing or recovering from mental distress just having somebody who is trusted, reliable and really cares visit regularly can make all the difference.
