I have been working with Response for 18 years with a 4 year gap in the middle.

Over this time I have been lucky enough to work on the front line in many of our support services, Iris Hayter, Kate Turnbell, Rowan House to name a few.

In 2014 I returned in a managerial role and since then have manged many services including our liaison and diversion service. Supported accommodation in Bicester/Banbury as well as many services within the city. I have also set up and managed homelessness services and housing first.

I am passionate about change and change management, also empowering our staff and clients to be the best they can be. My moto is do things right the first time, so you don’t have to do them again.

When not at work I like to spend my time with my family, cycling around the Cotswolds and gaming.
