Our dedicated team at Papist Way is led by experienced managers who ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support. Staff are trained to assist with a wide range of needs including daily living skills, emotional wellbeing, medication support, and promoting independence. The team also encourages social interaction and community involvement, key aspects of each resident’s recovery journey.
Papist Way is staffed 24/7, including sleep-in staff overnight, ensuring continuous support and safety. Our compassionate professionals are at the heart of the service, bringing expertise, empathy, and a commitment to helping each resident thrive in a respectful and supportive environment.
We also take pride in our low staff turnover rates, allowing residents to build strong, trusting relationships with the people who support them. This continuity of care fosters a stable and comforting environment where residents feel safe and valued.
Meet Kevin
Kevin brings a wealth of experience to Papist Way, with a clinical and mental health career spanning back to 2006. Since joining Response in February 2025, he has embraced his role with enthusiasm and a deep sense of purpose. Kevin’s passion lies in building genuine connections with residents and supporting their progress in a compassionate, empowering environment.
His leadership reflects the warmth and commitment of the entire Papist Way team, creating a space where residents feel truly valued. Kevin is proud to be part of a service that not only delivers professional care but also celebrates kindness and humanity in everyday interactions.

Capacity & Description:
Papist Way offers ten private bedrooms within a shared, supportive setting. Each resident has their own comfortable space, while also benefiting from access to welcoming communal areas including a shared kitchen, lounge, conservatory, and a spacious garden. This homely environment provides the perfect balance between privacy and connection, encouraging both independence and peer support.
