  • Response is an Apprenticeship Levy organisation. Funding is used fund Institute of Leadership Management and Lead Adult Care Level 5 qualifications.

Flexibility and work/life balance

  • Family friendly leave: enhanced maternity and paternity leave (recently increased).
  • Bereavement leave enhanced: up to 2 weeks for family member, up to 1 week for extended family.
  • Compassionate leave: we offer up to 1 weeks paid leave if a colleague needs time away from work to help support their wellbeing following any mental or physical situation which has arisen from the people we support.
