Supporting neurodivergent young people in the holidays
Handling summer (without the hype)
Free guide

Overwhelm at the loss of structure and changing routine. Worry about the future. Burnout from a busy term. Excitement and relief - school's out for summer!
Neurodivergent young people might feel all or none of these emotions. They might also be feeling:
- lost or purposeless without the structure and orientation of school and academia
- dysregulation amid sensory changes or overwhelming stimuli.
- anxious thoughts and behaviour, or feeling ‘stuck’.
- withdrawal or ‘shutdown’.
- excessive energy or overstimulation.
