Help us to be there for more children and young people

Christmas should be a time of joy – but for young people facing mental health challenges, life can feel anything but festive.

With the mental health crisis growing, thousands of young people go without timely support. Almost half of children referred to mental health services are being turned away – and not even getting put on a waiting list.

We can be there to support that need in the community, relieving the pressure on NHS services.

How can you help?

At our Wellbeing Hub for children and young people in Thatcham, we’re seeing more demand than we can meet with one Wellbeing Youth Worker, and we want to be there for more families.

With your help, we can raise £42,717 to fund a new Wellbeing Youth Worker for a year – covering everything from salary to training and equipment – so that next year 150 more children, young people and their families can get the support they so badly need.
