Finding the right accommodation
At the start of someone’s journey with Response, we carry out thorough assessments to ensure that the people we support are matched to the appropriate housing that meets their level of support need. Every individual is provided with a tailored support package.
Meeting the standard
All of our properties have annual fire risk assessments and compliance is kept up-to-date at all times – this includes gas safety checks, electrical safety certificate and energy performance certificate (EPC).
Housing and income support
Our housing and income team look at affordability assessments and welfare benefit awareness. They can therefore support people through the current cost-of-living crisis, helping them maximise their income and sustain their tenancy with Response.
We provide access and support for individual’s to their customer portal, with the ability to manage their account online or via phone. This empowers the people we support to manage their own finances, with help available where needed.
