We have a high demand for properties in the Thames Valley area and work with private landlords to lease properties in Oxford, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire to the people we support.

Why should landlords use our private landlord scheme? 

  • We guarantee your rent for the term of the tenancy, paid on time and in full even if the property is empty.
  • There are no hidden fees or administration charges.
  • We collect rent directly from the tenant.
  • General property maintenance, upkeep and repairs are all taken care of by our team.
  • We provide a repairs and maintenance service.
  • We deliver support to tenants in their accommodation and assist them with adhering to license and tenancy agreements.
  • We guarantee that at the end of your term, your property will be returned to you in the same or better condition than when you start with us.

How the private landlord scheme works

Response will maintain the property, and carry out any repairs during our tenancy. At the end of our tenancy, we will complete any works to bring it to the same, or better, condition than when we took it on.

The rights and responsibilities of both yourself and Response will be outlined in the lease agreement.

We are looking for accommodation that we can use for a minimum of two years.

If you have any queries during your tenancy, please get in touch with your Landlord Liaison Officer and they will do whatever they can to resolve any issues.

At the end of the agreed lease contract if one or both parties decide not to renew, we will arrange a date for hand back and get the work done to bring the property up to standard.

When we have agreed to end the lease, we will visit the property to assess any works needed compared to our initial inventory.
