Kathryn Woodham

Kathryn is Response's Operations Manager for Adult Service Delivery, bringing over 30 years of experience in care and support across a wide range of services.

Her career began in supported living for people with learning disabilities, before progressing to roles as a registered manager in homecare and now as an operations manager in mental health recovery.

Kathryn currently leads the Response Campus, where she is dedicated to embedding trauma-informed, person-centred approaches into everyday practice. She is passionate about creating safe, inclusive environments that empower individuals on their recovery journey.

Supporting staff development is a central part of Kathryn's role. She is committed to helping teams build confidence and skills so they can deliver the highest quality care. Kathryn believes that strong, compassionate leadership is essential to providing services that truly make a difference.
