Dr Vanessa Vogwill

Vanessa's personal and professional goals revolved around the continuous improvement of the health and social care system, through the creation and influencing of strategic direction, and promoting transformational change.

Vanessa is an effective leader and problem solver who works well in teams, and is able to inspire and motivate others. She is also a lifetime learner with a diverse educational background who enjoys mentoring and coaching, and speak several languages including fluent French.

Vanessa's skills and experience include Board memberships, organisation development and transformation, managing research programmes, and implementation of Experienced Based Design (EBD) methodology as a patient partner

Vanessa holds a PhD in Healthcare Engineering, an MBA, a Bachelor of Education and  a BA Honours in Modern Languages (French), as well as PRINCE2 project management certification.
