Dapo is a senior housing leader with 25+ years’ experience, including almost 20 years at senior management level. Over the years, he’s worked across not-for-profit and for-profit housing associations, local authorities, and supported housing and care organisations. As Director of Housing and Estates at Response, he leads our housing strategy and day-to-day operations, covering housing management, income and arrears, estates, asset management, repairs, regulation and compliance, and resident engagement.
He cares deeply about working alongside residents, colleagues and partners to make things better, and to make improvements that people can really feel. Dapo is known for clear thinking and practical problem-solving, bringing pace and focus to the day-to-day pressures and the more complex challenges of housing and care. He’s also passionate about developing people, supporting colleagues to grow, do their best work, and deliver strong outcomes for residents.
Dapo holds a first degree in the humanities and an MBA, and he is currently studying towards the Level 5 Diploma in Housing with the Chartered Institute of Housing. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two grown-up sons who are both pharmacists.
