Our approach to neuro-inclusivity
It is estimated that up to 20% of the population are neurodivergent.
At Response we support children, young people, adults and their families with a range of needs and complexities. Within their support plans may be a neurodivergent condition, either diagnosed or undiagnosed, that impacts on their life.
All Response staff have training in neurodiversity and bring this knowledge to a person centred approach to supporting the people accessing our services.
We want to reduce barriers to starting to work for Response. Before you apply, let us know how we can make the experience better for you.
- We are happy to share interview questions before the interview
- We can accommodate your needs for access arrangements
- Come and spend some time with us while you decide if Response works for you.
