Our women’s only supported living accommodation provides a safe environment for women with mental health support needs and facing multiple disadvantage.
The women moving into the house will likely have experienced past abuse. This is why we believe it’s vital to offer a women-only service to ensure the women in our care feel safe and are given the right environment for their recovery.

The service is staffed by a Team Manager, who is present four days per week, alongside four full-time staff members and one part-time staff member. While there is no dedicated office space on site, staff are based nearby, ensuring consistent availability and support. A shared communal space is used for staff-led group activities, one-to-one keywork sessions, and day-to-day engagement with residents.
Local community:Willow House’s convenient location near the city centre provides individuals with easy access to local shops, GP services, places of worship and leisure activities. They can choose to access these independently or with support from staff.

This will vary depending on each individual’s recovery journey, but is typically around two years.
