The REACH Framework helps young people build resilience, connection, and confidence, through early, person-centred support, designed to meet young people where they are, and walk beside them as they grow.
The REACH Framework
We see every young person’s unique story, needs, and goals – without judgement.
We build trust through active listening, empathy, and open conversation.
We reflect back strengths, celebrate progress, and build genuine confidence.
We link young people to community, peer support, and meaningful opportunities.
We equip young people with practical tools for independent, lasting wellbeing.
The approach
REACH draws from four evidence-informed models, woven together into one flexible, person-centred approach.
Solution-focused therapy
We focus on solutions, not problems, staying future-focused and building on what already works. The young person is the expert in their own life, and small, meaningful steps lead to real change.
Youth work
Participation is always voluntary, rooted in trust and choice. We support personal and social development through informal learning, empowerment, and strong, respectful relationships in safe and inclusive spaces.
Community connecting
Drawing on social prescribing, we connect young people to groups, arts, physical activity, volunteering, and specialist support – addressing loneliness, inactivity, and isolation as real factors in wellbeing.
Neurodiversity & SEND informed
Our staff hold Level 2 SEND training and draw on the VIA Institute’s Character Strengths approach. We understand how neurodivergent brains shape a young person’s world and tailor our support accordingly.
REACH Hubs
Our Wellbeing Hubs are open, welcoming spaces where young people can drop in, access support, and find their community- no appointment needed.
