Settled Oxfordshire is part of Response’s homelessness provision and is delivered in partnership with Resonance. This service provides affordable, fully furnished accommodation with attached floating support for individuals exiting homelessness across the Oxfordshire area.
Service Information
To provide people experiencing homelessness with affordable supported accommodation. Settled Oxfordshire is designed for individuals who may be staying in B&Bs, emergency temporary accommodation, experiencing street homelessness, or living in shelters. Through stable housing and tailored support, the service aims to help people move forward with their lives in safe, comfortable, and well-supported environments.
Settled Oxfordshire are committed to tackling the barriers to homelessness through providing:
- Women’s only accommodation.
- Accommodation for couples.
- Accommodation for individuals with pets.
- Accommodation for individuals specific mobility needs.
The Settled Oxfordshire Service supports people with challenges such as living skills, finances, substance misuse, training and employment, and mental and physical health.
The Settled Oxfordshire service provides accommodation for 47 individuals, made up of 17 flats and 30 rooms within shared houses. The 17 self-contained flats are located across Oxford, Abingdon, and Didcot, while the shared housing is based within the Oxford city area. All accommodation is fully furnished, including White Goods and essential furniture. Shared houses include communal kitchens, living areas, and gardens. The properties are modern, spacious, and situated close to local amenities and transport links, offering both comfort and opportunity for independence.

Settled Oxfordshire is supported by a dedicated team of five full-time homeless support workers, who are available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The team provides floating support to individuals living in Settled accommodation, assisting with recovery planning, life skills, access to services, and long-term housing solutions. Staff work alongside residents to help them maintain their tenancies, access opportunities, and build a more secure future.
Referrals Process
All referrals are sent through the Rapid Re-Housing Team at Oxford City Council. If you are homeless and require support from this service, you can get help by contacting the Housing Options Workers at Oxford City Council.

Settled Oxfordshire offers affordable supported housing to people experiencing homelessness. Our aim is to end to cycle of homelessness and support people back into work and or education.
The housing is for up to two years. The aim of the service is to support people within the two year time frame to move onto independent accommodation. If you feel that you need further support after two years, this is something that can be discussed with your support worker.
Individuals choose what to cook for themselves within the communal kitchen within their property.
Yes, we have accommodation that caters to pets.
We have accommodation where you can live with your partner if you are both needing support.
No. However, individuals can be supported to get their own WIFI where required.
All properties are no-smoking. Smoking outside in the garden is permitted.
Our aim is to work in partnership with all the services you may already be engaged with such as Turning Point, AMHT, GP and so on. If you currently live in supported housing then support from your current housing provider will likely stop within a few weeks/months of you moving into the Settled Oxfordshire property.
