Jess is an experienced digital marketer in the charity sector.
Jess joined Response’s Fundraising, Marketing and Communications team in 2025. She has over 15 years’ experience working in digital marketing, with the majority of that time spent working within non-profits, public sector organisations and charities, both in-house and at an agency.
She now leads on Response’s digital marketing activities that allow us to share the incredible work of the Response team and keep in touch with our amazing supporters. This includes looking after our website and social media channels and delivering campaigns with her Fundraising, Marketing and Communications team colleagues.
Outside of work, Jess volunteers as a Girlguiding leader working with a wonderful Rainbows unit. She loves spending time with her family and dog, and finding time to read and relax with creative hobbies that keep her offline for some of the time!
