Reframe

What is Reframe?

If you are a young person, or know a young person, who is finding the transition from being a teenager to becoming an adult difficult. During this time, young people might find themselves struggling with their identity, general mood and wellbeing, or just knowing what comes next in life.

We want to help.

Reframe is an innovative project supporting 16-25 year olds affected by life-changing events who are falling through the gaps created by transition pathways from Child & Adolescent to Adult Mental Health Services

Our aims include: reducing health inequalities, increasing resilience, and improving life chances for young adults.

How does it work?

In all our Reframe session, we meet young people online or in the community. Our sessions are designed in a bespoke manner to meet the needs of the young person and what they hope to achieve.
